What are the rules for where
The Lost Diamond (TLD) is placed?
A relocating algorithm decides where The Lost Diamond is to be placed next.
The algorithm selects a list of TLD eligible Checkpoint NFT Challenges that meet certain rules and then randomly selects one checkpoint from that list.

The Lost Diamond algorithm are:
| 1. | The Checkpoint must be active and not marked as burned. |
| 2. | The Checkpoint can not have Bandit Alarms. |
| 3. | The secret code must not have been used more than 2 times. |
| 4. | The secret code must be placed physical on the location. Checkpoints where the secret code can be googled (statues, known landmarks etc) will not be included in the list. |
| 5. | The checkpoint must have a rating value of 5 or higher. |
A few examples of strategies to
earn money at The Lost Diamond
1. Just have fun outdoors as an diamond treasure hunter. Find checkpoints, solve the challenge and type in the secret code. Every time you solve ten checkpoints, the location of The Lost Diamond will be revealed to you. It's fun and easy.
2. Be a checkpoint producer. Placing great Checkpoint Challenges and maintaining them is a lot or work. But the owner of a checkpoint gets paid the same amount as the conqueror (unless your checkpoint has been conquered by someone. Then you and the previous conqueror split the value 50/50). Overall, good checkpoint producers that knows the algorithm, earn the most.
3. Be a pro checkpoint conqueror. As the conqueror of a checkpoint, you will receive 50% of the checkpoint's value. If you replace the secret code when you conquer the checkpoint, you increase the probalitiy for the diamond to be located at that checkpoint later.

The Lost Diamond is hidden in one of
the Checkpoint NFT Challenges.
It relocates to another checkpoint
if it's not found within 7 days.
The Lost Diamond gets it's value from
ads, sponsors and level-up fees.
70% of all income on the platform
is placed in The Lost Diamond.
The diamond owners get all the income on
Cpt.BlackBill until the diamond is robbed
Who get paid when the diamond is found?
When found and conquered, the Cpt.BlackBill smart contract will pay out the diamond's value to the conquerer.
The owner of the checkpoint will be paid the same amount, unless the checkpoint was already conquered by another user. If so, the owner and the previous conquerer share the diamond's value 50/50.
Also, the users that knew where the diamond was located first, will get 10% of the diamond's value.
Token holders (shareholders) get 20% of the income on the platform. This is paid out when The Lost Diamond is conquered.

How do I know where the diamond is hidden?
Every time you have conquered 10 checkpoints, the location of The Lost Diamond will be revealed to you.
This amount is paid out to both robber
and treasure owner when found.

Our sponsors can place hidden product gifts on any treasures. The person who conquer the treasure next, will get the product for free.
The owner of the treasure earn 2/3 of the adventising fee the sponsor pay. If the treasure is conquered, the owner and conquerer get 1/3 of the add fee each.

| Current diamond owners |
Everyone who place treasures will become one of the diamond owners. The percentage of ownership is determined by how many treasure the player has placed. You can also buy ownership.
Diamond owners share a 25% dividend from game payments until the diamond is robbed and the dividend is payed out.
IMPORTANT! All diamond owners are removed when the diamond is robbed. Then a new game lap starts with a new diamond and new diamond owners.
