Denne personvernerklæringen beskriver hvordan spillet The Lost Diamond ("vi", "oss" eller "appen") samler inn, bruker og beskytter informasjonen din når du bruker mobilapplikasjonen vår.
Vi tar personvernet ditt på alvor. For å kunne levere spillopplevelsen er vi avhengige av tilgang til visse funksjoner på telefonen din.
1. INFORMASJON VI SAMLER INN
a. Stedstjenester (GPS og posisjon)
- Appen er et lokasjonsbasert spill. Vi ber om tilgang til din nøyaktige posisjon (Fine Location) for å:
- Vise din posisjon på spillkartet.
- Avgjøre om du er nærme nok et "Checkpoint" eller en skatt til å låse den opp.
- Posisjonsdataene dine brukes kun til spillmekanikk og lagres ikke historisk for overvåkning, men siste kjente posisjon kan lagres midlertidig for å gi deg en bedre opplevelse neste gang du åpner appen.
b. Kamera
- Vi ber om tilgang til kameraet for å:
- Scanne QR-koder knyttet til fysiske sjekkpunkter.
- Ta bilder i forbindelse med opprettelse av nye sjekkpunkter (hvis du er en skaper).
- Bruke eventuelle AR-funksjoner (Augmented Reality) for å vise virtuelle objekter i den virkelige verden.
- Bilder eller videostrøm fra kameraet sendes ikke til serverne våre med mindre du eksplisitt velger å laste opp et bilde (f.eks. profilbilde eller bilde av et sted).
c. NFC (Near Field Communication)
- Vi bruker enhetens NFC-leser for å lese fysiske NFC-brikker plassert ut i den virkelige verden som en del av spillet.
- Dette gjør at du kan registrere besøk på sjekkpunkter ved å holde telefonen inntil dem.
d. Brukerkonto og Kontaktinformasjon
- Når du oppretter en bruker, samler vi inn:
- Mobilnummer (for innlogging og gjenoppretting av konto).
- E-postadresse (for innlogging og gjenoppretting av konto).
- Brukernavn/Kallenavn (synlig for andre spillere i "Highscore" og logger).
2. HVORDAN VI BRUKER INFORMASJONEN
Vi bruker informasjonen utelukkende til å:
- Drifte og vedlikeholde spillet.
- Verifisere at du faktisk har besøkt et sted (Anti-juks).
- Administrere den virtuelle økonomien i spillet (Gems/Skilling).
- Kontakte deg vedrørende viktige oppdateringer om tjenesten.
3. DELING AV DATA
- Vi selger ikke dine personopplysninger til tredjeparter.
- Vi kan dele anonymiserte data (f.eks. antall besøk på et sjekkpunkt) med sponsorer eller partnere, men dette kan ikke spores tilbake til deg som enkeltperson.
- Appen bruker tredjepartstjenester som kan samle informasjon som brukes til å identifisere deg (f.eks. enhets-ID for feilsøking):
- Google Play Services
- Google Maps API
4. SIKKERHET
- Vi verdsetter tilliten du viser oss ved å gi oss dine personopplysninger, og vi bruker kommersielt akseptable metoder for å beskytte dem. Husk imidlertid at ingen metode for overføring over internett eller elektronisk lagring er 100 % sikker og pålitelig.
5. SLETTING AV DATA
- Du har rett til å be om at vi sletter all data vi har lagret om deg. Dette kan gjøres ved å kontakte oss, eller ved å bruke "Slett konto"-funksjonen inne i appen (hvis tilgjengelig).
- Ved sletting vil alle dine opptjente verdier og progresjon gå tapt.
6. BARNS PERSONVERN
- Våre tjenester henvender seg ikke til barn under 13 år uten samtykke fra foresatte. Vi samler ikke bevisst inn personlig identifiserbar informasjon fra barn under 13 år.

This privacy policy describes how the game The Lost Diamond ("we", "us", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
We take your privacy seriously. To deliver the game experience, we depend on access to certain features on your phone.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a. Location Services (GPS and position)
- The app is a location-based game. We request access to your precise location (Fine Location) to:
- Show your position on the game map.
- Determine if you are close enough to a "Checkpoint" or treasure to unlock it.
- Your location data is used only for game mechanics and is not stored historically for surveillance, but the last known location may be stored temporarily to give you a better experience next time you open the app.
b. Camera
- We request access to the camera to:
- Scan QR codes related to physical checkpoints.
- Take photos in connection with creating new checkpoints (if you are a creator).
- Use potential AR features (Augmented Reality) to show virtual objects in the real world.
- Images or video streams from the camera are not sent to our servers unless you explicitly choose to upload an image (e.g., profile picture or photo of a location).
c. NFC (Near Field Communication)
- We use the device's NFC reader to read physical NFC tags placed in the real world as part of the game.
- This allows you to register visits to checkpoints by holding the phone against them.
d. User Account and Contact Information
- When you create a user, we collect:
- Phone number (for login and account recovery).
- Email address (for login and account recovery).
- Username/Nickname (visible to other players in "Highscore" and logs).
2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION
We use the information exclusively to:
- Operate and maintain the game.
- Verify that you have actually visited a location (Anti-cheat).
- Manage the virtual economy in the game (Gems/Skillings).
- Contact you regarding important updates about the service.
3. SHARING OF DATA
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- We may share anonymized data (e.g., number of visits to a checkpoint) with sponsors or partners, but this cannot be traced back to you as an individual.
- The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (e.g., device ID for troubleshooting):

- Google Maps API
4. SECURITY
- We value the trust you place in us by giving us your personal data, and we use commercially acceptable methods to protect it. Remember, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
5. DELETION OF DATA
- You have the right to request that we delete all data we have stored about you. This can be done by contacting us, or by using the "Delete account" function inside the app (if available).
- Upon deletion, all your earned values and progression will be lost.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
- Our services do not address children under 13 years of age without consent from guardians. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
